The hilarious musical was recommended for ages 5 and up, so whole families could sit down to enjoy it together! Reviewers agreed, with The Stage calling it “a really strong, super-funny new musical with serious commercial gloss.”
What was it about?
Based on the bestselling book by David Walliams, Billionaire Boy follows overnight success Len Spud and his son Joe.
Mr Spud spends, spends, spends on fast cars, 100-inch TVs, and lavish gifts for his glamorous new girlfriend, Sapphire Stone, so Joe is left to fend for himself.
In the unforgiving world of the school playground, things get more complicated as Joe navigates an assault course of school bullies and dangerously inedible canteen food.
